Clear implementation process — you know from start to finished solution
1. Discovery call
We schedule a free 30-minute call. We don't ask about "systems" and "integrations" — we ask about problems. Where does your team lose the most time? What errors keep repeating? Which processes are most frustrating?
It's a qualification call both ways. We assess if and how we can help. You assess if you want to work with us. No obligations, no sales pressure.
If we see potential — we propose the next step: process audit. If automation doesn't make sense for your company — you'll learn that during this call, at no cost.

2. Audit and mapping
We meet for a 90-minute mapping session (online or at your office). You show us your processes step by step — screenshots, systems, who does what and when. We take notes, ask questions, draw flowcharts.
Then we analyze everything offline. We identify 3-5 areas that will give the highest return on investment. Not every process is worth automating — we show you where ROI will be highest.
Within 5 business days you receive a complete report: process map, problem diagnosis, quick wins, priority roadmap, and specific implementation pricing.

3. Building the solution
Based on the audit, we build automation on our infrastructure. You pay one invoice — we handle platforms, limits, and updates. Every Friday by 4:00 PM you receive an email report: what we did, what we're planning.
We also have a shared Slack channel for ongoing communication. Typical project takes 2-6 weeks depending on complexity. We work on a test environment until full solution approval.

4. Testing and presentation
We test every scenario with real data in a test environment. We check edge cases, error handling, performance. If something doesn't work — we fix it immediately.
We schedule a presentation of the finished solution. We show you how everything works, go through each scenario together. You test, ask questions, give feedback. Typical project requires 2-3 iterations before production launch.
