    We schedule a free 30-minute call. We don't ask about "systems" and "integrations" — we ask about problems. Where does your team lose the most time? What errors keep repeating? Which processes are most frustrating?

    We meet for a 90-minute mapping session (online or at your office). You show us your processes step by step — screenshots, systems, who does what and when. We take notes, ask questions, draw flowcharts.
